At Legacy Cuts, we are committed to adhering to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and to providing a safe, legal environment for all users. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will take immediate action to remove or disable access to the material in question. In compliance with the DMCA, we may also share the contents of the takedown notice, including your contact information, with the party responsible for uploading the infringing content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content has been removed by mistake or was misidentified, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. Please ensure your counter-notification includes the following:

• A clear description of the content that was removed and its previous location (such as the URL).
• Your full legal name, home address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the content was removed in error.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where you live (or, if you are outside the United States, any U.S. judicial district where the service is available) and agree to accept legal service of process from the original complainant.
• Your signature (either physical or digital).

Once we receive your counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not take legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material in question.
